I’m a 70 yr old male who has been well for many years but have a past history of anxiety/depression requiring therapy. Previously I attended male psychologists. 18 months ago I developed acute anxiety. Eventually, I sought help from Tatjana. I felt I needed a new perspective and so chose a female therapist from a different cultural background who practices meditation and art therapy to offset mine over a cerebral approach which was making my anxiety worse. It worked and now for the first time since my teens my head has stopped racing (mostly). I found Tatjana a highly competent professional, who is compassionate, empathic and intuitive and I recommend her as highly as possible. Therapy was reasonably priced and worth every penny.
